Athletes are many times under pressure to perform. When not well managed, this can result in physiological conditions that can alter performance, and lead to injury and illness. We want to help athletes be aware of the psychological aspect of the game.

Our mentorship training program digs deeper into each participant’s character and basketball habits to provide a more exclusive basketball training experience.
Participants are responsible for recording all activities for the following day on their daily schedule sheet and return to their instructor.
Participant are to prepare weekly Academic goals. Setting forth a vision and execution of their academic success.
Participants are responsible for preparing “Game Goals” before each basketball game and return to instructor
Participant will have 1 hours of consultation per week to discus anything of their choosing.
WIth the help of an instructor, participants will spend time analyze their game or skills film on weekly basis for better preparation.

Although participation in athletics has many benefits, the very nature of competition can provoke, augment, or expose Mental Health Disorders. Certain personality traits can aid in athletic success, yet these same traits can also be associated with depression, anxiety, eating disorders (EDs), and substance use. We ensure our athletes are aware of the psychological and and basic coping strategies to handle the high performance demand of sports with mental health Ed.
Nutrition is an important part of sport performance for young athletes. A number of factors contribute to success in sport, and diet is a key component. in addition to allowing for optimal growth and development. Young athletes tends to disregard this lucrative aspect of sports due lack of information. Athletes are urged to participate in our nutrition seminar to better understand sports nutrition importance.
Most student-athletes have limited to no exposure to personal financial or contract education when they arrive on a college campus. which most times leads to ill-financial habits. Sound financial practices established earlier in life are key to developing financial capability in adulthood. We ensure athetes are aware of the basic in & out of finance and contract negotiation.
Educating your student athlete on proper sports medicine practices and having a set sports medicine treatment plan has many benefits for young athletes. In addition to treating sports related injuries, sports medicine focuses on the prevention of sports related injuries, balancing nutrition, and physical rehabilitation. We value athletes health and engage athletes in our sports medicine ed seminars
